I checked with 3 different dentists and found that just one dental implant can cost $1500 to over $2000. I need something below $900. Where can I go to get implants cheaper than what I was quoted? Thanks Terrance
Terrance – Many people think that they want cheap dental implants until they receive them. Cheap implants usually equate to low quality.
Many dentists see patients who found bargain implants and had problems later. When problems arise, the cost to correct them is more than double what was initially paid.
Dental implants should last a lifetime. Unlike dentures or dental bridges, they don’t have to be replaced. Quality implant fixtures and surgery are worth the investment. The alternatives are loose implants, oral infections that can lead to bone infection, and surgery to remove the implants and replace them after the initial surgical site heals.
When you receive quality dental implants, the cost includes diagnostic studies to ensure the implants are properly placed to avoid damaging nerves or sinuses; dental implant fixtures; bone grafting materials and procedures, if needed; implant surgery; lab fees; and the materials and the procedure to place a crown, dentures, or dental bridge on the implant(s). Other fees may be associated with your particular case.
We advise patients to find a skilled implant dentist who uses quality materials. In the long term, you will be glad you did, and your investment will go a lot further that way.
